Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a numerical design method for a gear groove contour curve of a switch with a spring-stop pin structure. The method comprises the following steps of: S1: without considering friction work, directly calculating change quantity delta s of spring compression amount according to a given torque-angle curve and an energy method, wherein the torque in the torque-angle curve is a torque T of a system of the switch with the spring-stop pin structure, and the angle is an angle delta at which a stop pin rotates; S2: with considering the friction work, performing iterative correction on the change quantity delta s of the spring compression amount to obtain a change quantity correction value delta s k of the spring compression amount; and S3: determining a final gear groove contour curve according to the change quantity correction value delta s k of the spring compression amount. According to the numerical design method for the gear groove contour curve of the switch with the spring-stop pin structure, the energy method and an iteration method are adopted to perform design solving, the gear groove contour curve of the switch with the spring-stop pin structure is designed, and then production is performed. Different from a conventional development mode for manufacturing and repeatedly modifying a gear groove contour entity model, the method provided by the present invention has the advantages of short development cycle, low cost and little dependence on engineer experience. |
