Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an external guiding device for minimally invasive femoral neck internal fixation. The external guiding device is formed by a cuboid and an angle mark carrier on the upper potion of the cuboid. Guiding nail holes are formed in the front surface of the cuboid and are arranged in eight rows in total, 11 guiding nail holes are evenly arranged in each row, the guiding nail hole in the middle of the lowermost row serves as a positioning screw hole, and angle marks are arranged on the angle mark carrier on the upper portion of the front surface of the cuboid. The external guiding device has the advantages that by means of the guiding device, screws for internal fixation can be more reasonably distributed, and thus the surgical precision and the success rate are improved. The angle marks of a guiding template facilitate the operation of quickly mastering a needle feeding point according to a torsion angle. By means of the standard multiple holes and hole distances, the needle feeding distances can be conveniently and quickly obtained according to the longest diameter and the shortest diameter of the femoral neck ellipse. Due to the fact that the proper hole diameter and hole distances are arranged in a matched mode, the following requirements that smoothness of needle feeding is ensured when a guiding needle is struck in, interference of previous holes is avoided when adjustment is carried out close to the holes, and interference is avoided when the screws are installed are met.
