The invention discloses a potato bud forcing treatment method realizing a high germination rate. The potato bud forcing treatment method comprises the following steps: (1) cutting potato seeds and making sure that each potato piece has a dormant bud which can be successfully sprouted; (2) soaking the potato seeds so as to kill disease bacteria carried by the potato seeds and stimulate the growth of tender buds; (3) drying that potato seeds so as to promote the end of the period of dormancy and prevent the potato seeds from rotting due to high water content during the bud forcing treatment process; (4) preparing a mixed nutrient for providing nutrition for the potato seeds subjected to bud forcing treatment; and (5) during the bud forcing treatment, keeping the temperature at 25-30 DEG C, and placing potatoes layer by layer and applying the mixed nutrient in sequence, so that growth of the tender shoots is easily and rapidly accelerated. The potato bud forcing treatment method is simple, reliable and strong in applicability, and can guarantee that the sowed potato seeds with strong seedlings are planted and resistance is high.
