Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a hair styling agent composition with which flaking and stickiness after styling can be inhibited, and with which initial hair-styling properties and hair-style retention properties can be improved. A hair styling agent composition according to the present invention includes: at least 0.1 mass% but not more than 10 mass% of particles (component A) selected from the group consisting of silica, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, hydroxyapatite, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, calcium silicate, magnesium silicate, aluminium silicate, and magnesium hydroxide; and a compound (component B) selected from the group consisting of polyoxyethylene/polyoxypropylene copolymers which are liquid at 25 DEG C, and which have a number average molecular weight in the range 10000 to 20000 inclusive, and polyoxypropylene sorbitol which is liquid at 25 DEG C, and which has a number average molecular weight in the range 300 to 1000 inclusive.
