The lock cylinder realizes connection with the clutch base through cooperation of the sleeve and the ball plunger. Since the lock body is provided with the stop pin to cooperate with the wedge-shaped end of the locking side column, an axial return spring locking a side column is removed, and performance of the lock is more reliable.
