Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-barrier multi-layer coextrusion packaging film. The high-barrier multi-layer coextrusion packaging film comprises a surface layer, an inner layer and a core layer. The high-barrier multi-layer coextrusion packaging film is characterized in that the core layer comprises a first layer and a second layer which are bonded with each other through a bonding layer. The first core layer and the second core layer and the second core layer and the inner layer are both bonded through the bonding layer. The thickness ratio of the first core layer to the second core layer is 1:1 to 3:4, wherein the first core layer is a polyethylene layer and is contained with a mixture of one or more of linear low-density polyethylene, ultra-low-density polyethylene and linear medium-density polyethylene, and the density of the first core layer is 0.9 to 0.92g/cm3; the second core layer is a polyvinylidene chloride layer and is contained with a mixture of 98 Wt% of polyvinylidene chloride and 2 Wt% of processing agent, the polyvinylidene chloride is vinylidene chloride-maleic anhydride blending polymer, the melting point of the second core layer is 150 DEG C, and the processing agent is epoxidized soybean oil. The high-barrier multi-layer coextrusion packaging film has the advantage that the cost is lowered further (cost saving can reach to 25% to 30%) under the premise that the good air barrier performance is guaranteed. |
