Strand threading device for tensioning strand steel harness of 30-120 m for long and large multi-segmental assembled box beam

The invention discloses a strand threading device for tensioning a strand steel harness of 30-120 m for a long and large multi-segmental assembled box beam. The strand threading device comprises an anchor sleeve (1) and a pull rod (2). The anchor sleeve (1) is a shell, wherein the two ends of the shell are provided with holes, and the cross section of shell is a bullet-head-shaped variable cross section changing from small to big. The pull rod (2) comprises a pull ring (2-1) at the front end and triangle blocks (2-3), wherein the rear ends of the triangle blocks (2-3) are radially arranged along a rod body (2-2) of the pull rod (2). When the strand threading device is used, the pull rod (2) is arranged in the center of the woven strand steel harness and sleeved with the anchor sleeve (1). When the pull rod (2) is pulled, the strand steel harness is compacted onto the inner wall of the anchor sleeve (1) by the triangle blocks of the pull rod, and then the strand steel harness and the strand threading device are integrated; the pull rod is pulled to penetrate through a reserved pore channel in the beam, and then the strand steel harness smoothly passes through the multi-segmental assembled box beam. When the strand steel harness is led out of the pore channel, an operator can use a hammer to tap the pull ring (2-1) of the pull rod (2), and then the strand steel harness can come out of the anchor sleeve (1) smoothly.
