Besides, on the basis of the principle of the mutual supplement and utilization of the energy, the energy can be distributed and utilized effectively; and the extra heat and cold energy in the waste water and the water vapour energy are used based on cooperation, thereby providing the cold-heat air conditioning for the building with high efficiency and low power consumption. |
