Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a flexible manufacturing system of an aluminum alloy hot extruding die. The flexible manufacturing system of the aluminum alloy hot extruding die comprises a computer control device, a loading and unloading station, a storage station, an intelligent material trolley and a numerically-controlled machine tool, wherein a clamp where a die blank to be machined is fixedly installed is placed on the loading and unloading station; the storage station is provided with a plurality of tray positions arranged linearly; a guide rail extending in the arrangement direction of the tray positions is arranged on one side of the storage station; the loading and unloading station and the numerically-controlled machine tool are located on the side, away from the storage station, of the guide rail; the intelligent material trolley is located on the guide rail and is in sliding connection with the guide rail; the intelligent material trolley is provided with a lifting mechanism used for moving the clamp; the intelligent material trolley and the numerically-controlled machine tool are connected with the computer control device through a local area network. Compared with the prior art, automatic control is achieved; the equipment utilization rate is high; the machining efficiency is high; labor cost is reduced; the die to be machined is machined by being clamped at a time; the machining quality is good; the machining precision is high; different products can be machined only by replacing different clamps, and the variety range of machined products is wider. |
