Method for adjusting an axial play of a journal mounted in a bearing, and device comprising a bearing and a journal mounted in the bearing
The invention relates to a method for adjusting an axial play of a journal (12) mounted in a bearing (2) along a bearing axis (9) of the bearing (2), wherein the bearing axis (9) defines a z-direction, and the positive z-direction points from a first bearing end of the bearing (2) to a second bearin...

Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for adjusting an axial play of a journal (12) mounted in a bearing (2) along a bearing axis (9) of the bearing (2), wherein the bearing axis (9) defines a z-direction, and the positive z-direction points from a first bearing end of the bearing (2) to a second bearing end of the bearing (2), the method comprising the steps: inserting the journal (12) into the bearing (2); moving the journal (12) relative to the bearing (2) in the positive z-direction up to a first positive fit in the positive z-direction between the journal (12) and the bearing (2); arranging a spacer (20) that defines the axial play to be adjusted at the second bearing end; placing a bushing (24) onto a segment of the journal (12) that protrudes from the bearing (2) at the second bearing end in the positive z-direction; establishing a form-fit and/or force-fit connection between the bushing (24) and the journal (12) by way of an at least partial deformation of the bushing (24) such that the spacer (20) is arranged along the z-direction between the bushing (24) connected to the journal (12) and the second bearing end, and that the spacer (20) is in contact with the bushing (24) and the second bearing end; and removing the spacer (20). The invention further relates to a device (32) having a bearing (2) and having a journal (12) mounted in the bearing (2), which can be moved relative to the bearing within an axial play. |
