By adopting the device and the production method, low-concentration acid liquids can be reasonably treated, a neutralization liquid can be effectively heated and concentrated, the limit bottleneck of a dilute acid containing wastewater neutralization treatment recycling technique can be broken, qualified products which are commercially available can be produced with relatively low cost, and the wastes can be turned into wealth. |
