Geotextile tube bag and making method thereof

The invention relates to a geotextile tube bag, which comprises a bag body provided with a pouring cuff. The bag body is formed by sewing and splicing a plurality of single cloths, and has two sewed splicing structure, the single cloths comprise twill fabric segments and plain weave fabric segments, the plain weave fabric segments are respectilvey distributed on the two ends of the twill fabric segments and are integrally sewed with the twill fabric segments, and the fabric structures of the twill fabric segments are of a fabric structure which is shown in the specification, and are orderly repeatedly arranged and extend to the plain weave fabric segments. The geotextile tube bag has the advantages of high splicing strength, excellent forming of the bag body, excellent water permeability, breakage resistance of the bag body and long service life and the like. The geotextile tube bag which is prepared adopting the method for preparing the geotextile tube bag is excellent in splicing strength of a sewing and splicing structure, improves 20-25% splicing strength compared with traditional splicing structures, is excellent in forming of the bag body in constructing, and is beneficial to improve construction quality and efficiency.
