The method is as below: preparing a high-carbon chromite powder material according to the proportion; transporting the material to the mixer by the ingredient conveyor; conducting humidifying mixing treatment to obtain a humidified mixed high carbon chromite powder material; conveying the humidified mixed high carbon chromite powder material by the mixed material conveyor into the briquetting machine, and preparing high-carbon chromite powder material ball block according to predetermined size; and conveying the ball block by the high-carbon block chromite powder pellet conveyor to the drying room for drying, so as to obtain dried ball block suitable for direct calcination; and conveying the dried ball block by the dry ore powder pellet conveyor directly to the submerged arc furnace for calcination process.
