Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an impact-resistant construction low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cable material prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-7 parts of polyimide, 1-1.5 parts of maleic anhydride, 20-25 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 20-25 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 9-10 parts of polyacrylonitrile, 6-7 parts of polylactic acid, 3-4 parts of polyoxyethylene, an appropriate amount of dimethyl formamide, an appropriate amount of a compound solvent, an appropriate amount of methyl methacrylate, an appropriate amount of isopropyl thioxanthone and 50-55 parts of crosslinked polyethylene, wherein the volume ratio of dimethyl formamide to dichloromethane is 1:1. By using polyimide, the impact resistance and thermal stability of the cable material provided by the invention are improved; the cable material is good in flame retardance, can prevent fire disasters, and increases the safety of construction cables; and by using maleic anhydride, the adhesiveness of an inorganic flame retardant and resin is improved to prevent cracking. The process provided by the invention solves the phenomenon that inorganic fillers are gathered into groups due to non-uniform dispersion, and the formed fibers greatly improve the wear resistance and toughness of the cable material.
