The traction steel wire which winds a steel wire cylinder swings in the direction of the axis of the steel wire cylinder when the traction steel wire winds in or out of the steel wire cylinder, the axis of the steel wire cylinder is perpendicular to the axis of the first steel wire grooved pulley, and accordingly the swing effect of the traction steel wire can be avoided to enable the traction steel wire to smoothly enter a groove of the first steel wire grooved pulley and the smoothness of the movement of the traction steel wire is improved. |
