The invention relates to a ceiling keel structure and a mounting method. The ceiling keel structure comprises a keel and at least two support beams, wherein at least two wall surfaces are arranged oppositely; the support beams are fixed on the wall surfaces; the two ends of the keel correspond to one support beam respectively; the support beams are provided with transverse slide ways; the end parts of the keel are arranged on corresponding transverse slide ways in a sliding way. The support beams are fixed on the roof or the wall surface, at least two support beams are arranged oppositely, the two ends of the keel correspond to one support beam respectively, the end parts of the keel are arranged on corresponding transverse slide ways of the support beams in a sliding way, and the end parts of the keel are driven to slide on the transverse slide ways in order to adjust the mounting position of the keel. The two ends of the keel are erected on the slide ways of the support beams, so that convenience is brought to mounting, the position of the keel is easy to adjust, the labor intensity of a worker is lowered, and adjustment and maintenance after mounting are facilitated.
