The non-pasteurization sterile filling method comprises the following steps of adding a paperboard filler between a finished product can and a filling machine during processing of concentrated juice; sterilizing non-pasteurization sterile temporarily stored concentrated clear juice of the finished product can through the paperboard filter of which a paperboard has the size of 0.2 micrometer; carrying out sterile filling of the concentrated clear juice; performing steam sterilization and disinfection on the paperboard filter before filling; connecting pipelines of the filling machine; and performing filling after performing CIP cleaning and sterilization on the filling machine. Filled finished products are in a commercial sterilization state, the circumstance that the juice is sterilized and is filled after being cooled down is avoided, non-sterile juice can be subjected sterile filling directly without high-temperature sterilization, and a filling procedure between the finished product can and the filling machine is omitted; and high-temperature sterilization is omitted, loss of nutritional ingredients of the juice and negative effects on flavor and color value of the juice are reduced, and energy consumption in a filling process is reduced.
