Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for identifying cotton and hemp fibers rapidly. The method comprises the steps of (1) establishing an equation between all-cotton and all-hemp sample orientation degrees and spectral values corresponding to all-cotton and all-hemp characteristic wavelength; (2) acquiring reflection intermediate infrared spectra of to-be-measured samples, and finding to-be-measured sample spectral values corresponding to all-cotton and all-hemp characteristic wavelengths from the reflection intermediate infrared spectra of the to-be-measured samples, and substituting the spectral values of the to-be-measured samples into an all-cotton and all-hemp equation to obtain orientation degrees of the to-be-measured samples; (3) comparing the orientation degrees of the to-be-measured samples with the value range of the all-cotton and all-hemp orientation degrees to determine whether the to-be-measured samples are all-cotton fibers or all-hemp fibers. The method has the advantages of being simple to operate and capable of improving the detection efficiency, reducing the detection worker work intensity and requirements for the detection workers, guaranteeing the detection sample completeness and meeting batch rapid detection requirements. |
