The multifunctional emergency illuminating lamp and fire alarm device is characterized by comprising an illuminating lamp body and a control unit, wherein the control unit is located in the illuminating lamp body and comprises a CPU (central processing unit), a communication unit, a backup battery, an infrared human body sensor, a temperature sensor, a smog sensor, an oxygen content sensor, a carbon monoxide sensor, a toxic gas sensor, an alarming and indicating lamp and a sound alarm; the communication unit, the backup battery, the infrared human body sensor, the temperature sensor, the smog sensor, the oxygen content sensor, the carbon monoxide sensor, the toxic gas sensor, the alarming and indicating lamp and the sound alarm are electrically connected with the CPU.
