Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a detection method for quantitatively determining luteinizing hormone (LH) through a chemiluminescence immunoassay method, and the LH level in serum is determined by a sandwich method; an LH antibody is used as a coated antibody, after an LH corrected product or serum to be detected is added, another LH antibody marker is added for reaction, after full washing, a luminescent substrate is added to detect the luminescent intensity (RLU), and content of the LH in a sample is calculated according to a standard curve, and an RLU value of the sample is increased along with the increase of LH concentration. The method is simple in operation, short in test time and capable of improving clinical examination efficiency. |
