description | A repairing scaffold used for bone injury and having tissue inductive function is prepared by such processes: (A) dissolving icariin and chitosan in an acetic acid solution to prepare a first mixed solution; (B) adding dropwisely the first mixed solution into paraffin oil; (C) when the first mixed solution is added completely, adding a sodium poly phosphate solution and stirring the mixed solution at the same rotation rate, after the sodium poly phosphate solution is added, pouring the mixed solution into a chamber in a die, freezing the die, and vacuum-freeze-drying the mixed solution to obtain a core layer; (D) mixedly dissolving hydroxyapatite, polycaprolactone and collagen in hexafluoroisopropanol, performing electric-spinning to prepare a shell layer; (E) wrapping the core layer by the shell layer, performing genipin crosslinking cleaning to form a composite structure; and (F) freezing the composite structure and vacuum-freeze-drying the composite structure to prepare the repairing scaffold. The repairing scaffold is excellent in degradability and biocompatibility, is free of toxic and side effects and can satisfy the requirements of a tissue engineering material. |
