Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a leaf spring for high-voltage isolation switch movable and static contacts and a production process of the leaf spring. The leaf spring is made of nickel-titanium-base shape memory alloy. The middle of the leaf spring is of an arc shape and the two ends of the left spring are the free end and the fixed end. Bolt holes are formed in the fixed end of the leaf spring. The nickel-titanium-base shape memory alloy which is good in super-elasticity, heat stability and corrosion resistance is used for making the leaf spring for the high-voltage isolation switch movable and static contacts, an existing common spring steel sheet is replaced, the problem that an isolation switch is overheated and loses the effect due to the fact that a clamping spring loses the effect is fundamentally solved, the isolation switch heat emitting accident and the large-area power off accident are greatly reduced, labor and material resources for repair and maintenance are saved for an electric power department to a great degree, the urgent demands of domestic power operation enterprises are met, and meanwhile serious economic loss and severe social effects generated due to power off of transmission lines are avoided.
