Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a quartz raw material for a low-deformation-rate crucible applicable to production of single crystals. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly grinding raw quartz stone to obtain quartz sand of different particle sizes, carrying out acid pickling by virtue of a mixed acid of hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid, and carrying out secondary flotation to remove iron minerals and feldspar in the quartz sand; carrying out chlorination treatment and element doping, adding a mixture of Ba(NO3)2, Al(NO3)3, Zr(NO3)4 and water into the quartz sand, stirring for 3-4 hours, drying, and cooling to obtain the quartz raw material. According to the preparation method, elements including Ba, Al and Zr are doped into the quartz raw material in the preparation process so as to prepare the low-deformation-rate quartz raw material, and the deformation rate of the crucible prepared from the quartz raw material does not exceed 1% after the crucible is used at 1200 DEG C for 10 days and is just accordant with formation time of about 15 days of single crystal crystallization, so that the yield of the single crystal crystallization is guaranteed to be improved, and the preparation cost of the single crystal crystallization is lowered. |
