Zusammenfassung:	A low thermal conductivity membrane and a producing method thereof and a membrane distillation apparatus having the membrane. The method comprises: (1) providing a modified and by a plurality of hydrophobic pores in the particles; and (2) the plurality of through holes modified particles are mixed in solution with a polymer solution to obtain electro-spinning and (3) the electrical electrostatic spinning solution was spun to give the low thermal film. The present invention also provides a low thermal film and thin film distillation apparatus having the film. The present invention is by electro-spinning solution was modified in the hydrophobic particles introduced into the hole configuration, electrostatic spinning technology to produce thin film distillation of low thermal nano-fiber separation membrane, can reduce the temperature of the polarization phenomenon, and is improved in characteristic insulation values.
