Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-speed precise ball bearing based on a CrC coating and a producing method of the ball bearing. The steel ball surface and ferrule surface of the high-speed precise ball bearing are respectively a CrC gradient composite coating, and the CrC gradient composite coating is composed of a Cr bottom layer, a Cr-C transition layer and a C-Cr working layer. A process of depositing the CrC gradient composite coating on the steel ball surface comprises the following steps: (a) preparing a CrC gradient composite coating; (b) cleaning a steel ball, and carrying out blow drying on the steel ball by using cold air; (c) feeding argon gas, cleaning a substrate, and then rotating a work rest at uniform velocity; (d) lowing a negative bias voltage and a Cr target current; (e) depositing the CrC gradient composite coating on the substrate; and (f) closing a Cr target and a C target, and further feeding argon gas until the temperature is reduced to room temperature. The technical scheme provided by the invention can greatly enhance the high-speed performance of the precision ball bearing, reduce the temperature rise of the precision ball bearing, reduce the vibration of the precision ball bearing, increase the vibration stability of the precision ball bearing, and improve the reliability of load performance and service life of the precision ball bearing.
