Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a transfer vector of a recombinant duck plague virus and the recombinant duck plague virus built with the transfer vector. The recombinant duck plague virus carries nucleotide fragments to be recombined to the Tk gene of a duck plague virus. The nucleotide fragments Duck Tembusu virus e Gene and selection marker gene inserted between same-sourced arms of the TK gene; two sides of the selection marker gene are provided with a loxP nucleotide sequence. The ability of the recombinant duck plague virus obtained by the same method through homologous recombination, to duplicate in nondividing cells such as nerve cells, the viruses lurking in the nerve tissues are difficult to activate, and neurovirulence of a duck plague virus strain is greatly reduced, and thus the safety of the recombinant duck plague virus serving as a vaccine is better. The invention further relates to application of the recombinant duck plague virus in the preparation of vaccines for preventing duck plagues and duck Tembusu. |
