description The invention discloses an ore charge flattening device and method of a sintering circular cooler. According to the method, when the trolley moves, sintered ore at the top of the trolley is spirally conveyed to the two sides from the center through the first flattening wheel and the second flattening wheel, and further the surface of the sintered ore is flattened. By the adoption of the ore charge flattening device and method of the sintering circular cooler, the phenomena that ore charge on a present sintering circular cooler is thick in the middle and thin at the two ends, so the ore charge in the middle is insufficiently cooled and the ore charge at the two sides are excessively cooled are avoided, the cooling effect of the circular cooler can be improved, the cooling air volume of the circular cooler is reduced, and electricity consumption of a cooling draught fan is reduced.
