Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an aided intelligent management and control system for a power transmission and transformation project and a management and control method for the project. The system is mainly composed of a computer mainframe, a mobile platform terminal and auxiliary equipment, wherein the computer mainframe as a new creating project is used for managing the existing project, and integrating and storing the main data returned by each mobile platform terminal; the computer mainframe is equipped with multiple mobile platform terminals connected by wireless communication systems of a local area network, and the mobile platform terminals are regarded as a client program for running the aided intelligent management system for power transmission and transformation project; according to the management and control method, the project is divided into three parts such as earlier stage of the project, project construction and project acceptance according to organization and management requirements of the power transmission and transformation project. According to the system and the method, the standardization level of the construction technology is improved, the operating efficiency of constructors is increased, comprehensive management and execution and assessment for power transmission and transformation project construction can be realized, and the construction quality and safety management level of the power transmission and transformation project is comprehensively increased. |
