Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a liquid crystal membrane set and a positioning structure of an optical membrane set thereof. The positioning structure of the optical membrane set comprises a back plate or a middle frame, the optical membrane set and positioning parts, wherein the four lateral sides of the optical membrane set are provided with positioning holes; the back plate and/or the middle frame are/is provided with inserting holes corresponding to the positioning holes; the positioning parts are adaptively inserted into the positioning holes through the inserting holes to position the optical membrane set; when the optical membrane set is transversely arranged, the positioning parts are inserted into the positioning holes of at least two long sides of the optical membrane set respectively; when the optical membrane set is vertically arranged, the positioning parts are inserted into the positioning holes of at least two short sides of the optical membrane set respectively. The positioning parts are inserted into the corresponding inserting holes and the corresponding positioning holes according to the transverse arrangement or vertical arrangement requirement of the optical membrane set, and the installation convenience and practicability of the optical membrane set are improved.
