Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a pressure signal device. The pressure signal device comprises a shell, a diaphragm, a hard core, a spring seat, a spring, a regulating cover, a filler neck, a gasket, a microswitch, a bracket, a conductive wire and a socket, wherein the filler neck and the shell are connected through threads; the filler neck, the gasket and the diaphragm form a sealed cavity; the hard core is placed on the diaphragm; the spring seat is arranged on the hard core; the spring is pressed onto the spring seat by the regulating cover; the regulating cover is connected with the shell through threads; the microswitch and the socket are mounted on the bracket; the bracket is connected with the regulating cover through threads; the microswitch is connected with the socket through the conductive wire; a gas inlet in the filler neck is formed in the lower side of the diaphragm; the spring is arranged on the upper side of the diaphragm; the pressure signal device uses the spring as an elastic component for regulating opening and closing pressures. The pressure signal device can achieve precise regulation of a working pressure point, and is simple in regulation; the spring and pressurizing gas are positioned on the two sides of the diaphragm respectively, and the rigidity of the spring is not affected by temperature change of the pressurizing gas, so that the stability of the working pressure point is improved. |
