Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a hard alloy sprayed particle mixture. The method comprises the following steps: preparing materials: blending the carbon black by blue tungsten, determining the carbon charging rate according to the carbon content of the product, wherein the ratio of the blue tungsten to carbon black is (180-220kg): (28-31kg); mixing the materials and grinding in the first time: adding the prepared raw materials in a grinder, grinding for 3-4 hours and mixing uniformly with the granularity of less than or equal to 8um; carbonizing: filling the grinded mixture into a carbonizing tool with a graphite baffle, sending the carbonizing tool charged with the mixture into a carbon tube furnace at the temperature of 1900-2000 DEG C, slowly boosting and keeping the furnace temperature; heating when charging and cooling when discharging, discharging after carbonizing for 25-32 min; grinding in the second time: taking out the carbonized furnace material, putting in the grinder, grinding for 50-70 min and taking out to obtain the processed hard alloy sprayed particle mixture. By adopting the method, a final product meeting the user requirement in a big range can be produced, the raw material waste in the middle link is reduced and plenty of processing and transporting costs are saved. |
