According to the method, through determination of the content of beta-estradiol in colostrum secreted by the postpartum cow, acquired data are subjected to statistical analysis to obtain a fitting equation, the prediction method is obtained after verification of the equation, and the content reduction time of beta-estradiol in the secreted milk of the postpartum cow is predicted with the prediction equation. The method can predict the concentration and reduction time of beta-estradiol in the colostrum accurately, is suitable for predicting the concentration reduction level of beta-estradiol in a milk secretion process of the postpartum cow and time required for reduction to the degree lower than a limit concentration, reduces investment of manpower and material resources of an enterprise, saves cost, reduces loss and provides forceful and reliable guarantee for safety of dairy products.
