Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an induced electrodeposition acid mist inhibition device and a technology. The device comprises a pole plate and an acid mist frame plate group, wherein a left isolation net and a right isolation net are arranged on the left side surface and the right side surface of the pole plate respectively; gaps are reserved between the left isolation net and the left side surface of the pole plate and between the right isolation net and the right side surface of the pole plate respectively; a left isolation strip and a right isolation strip are arranged on the left side and the right side of the top of the pole plate respectively and located above the left isolation net and the right isolation net respectively; the acid mist frame plate group comprises an outer frame, an inner frame and diaphragm cloth; the diaphragm cloth is arranged in the outer frame via the inner frame in an embedded manner; the pole plate, as well as the left isolation net, the right isolation net, the left isolation strip and the right isolation strip are inserted into the inner frame; and both the left isolation strip and the right isolation strip are connected with the diaphragm cloth. The induced electrodeposition acid mist inhibition device and the technology provided by the invention can avoid acid mist formation in an electrodeposition process fundamentally, eliminates acid mist pollution and can further achieve clean production. |
