The low-lead aviation gasoline comprises the following components in percentage by volume: 25%-60% of front-fraction alkylate oil, 18%-60% of super fraction alkylate oil, 10%-22% of methylbenzene, 3%-14% of dimethylbenzene, 10%-21% of carbon-5 and less than 0.53ml/l of lead tetraethyl. These components are mixed under a stirring condition; the isopentane content in the obtained low-lead aviation gasoline reaches 0.5%-22%; the content of isooctane reaches 20%-80%; and the motor octane number is greater than 99.5. The front-fraction alkylate oil and the super fraction alkylate oil are obtained by rectifying alkylate oil; the octane number index in the aviation gasoline is effectively improved; components with relatively much colloid are eliminated; carbon formation in a combustion chamber of an aircraft engine is avoided; and the security of the aircraft is improved.
