Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for preparing a high-frequency high-impedance ferrite material. The high-frequency high-impedance ferrite material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 70-71 parts of Fe2O3, 21-22 parts of MnO, 7.5-8.5 parts of ZnO, 0.1-0.7 part of V2O5, 0.01-0.05 part of H2SiO3, 0.1-0.6 part of CaCO3 and 0.1-0.6 part of Nb2O5. The method comprises the following steps: presintering powder materials, grinding for 0.5-2 hours, spraying the powder materials by using a spraying tower when controlling the inlet temperature to be 430-510 DEG C and the outlet temperature to be 100-180 DEG C, so as to obtain a finished product material. By adopting the high-frequency high-impedance ferrite material, the consumption of the ferrite material can be reduced, the high-frequency impedance can be increased, the property of the material can be effectively improved, and the material is particularly applicable to interference isolation between elevator operation control signals and power cables; the method is simple and is particularly applicable to requirements of large-scale industrial production. |
