Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of powdery chloroprene rubber modified by rice hull ash. The preparation method includes following steps: (1) adding successively neoprene latex, water, the rice hull ash, a molecular weight regulator, acrylate and an initiator with an addition amount accounting for 20-30% of the total weight of the initiator into a polymerization kettle with stirring for 2-4 h; (2) heating the polymerization kettle to 20-35 DEG C and adding the rest of the initiator; (3) performing stem-grafting polymerization reaction at 30-50 DEG C; (4) when monomer conversion rate is 65-75%, adding a terminating agent to prepare stem-grafted neoprene latex; (5) adding the stem-grafted neoprene latex into a coagulation kettle, adding an isolating agent and a coagulant at a coagulation temperature of 10-30 DEG C with fully stirring to mixing the reaction system uniformly; (6) increasing the temperature to 20-60 DEG C and aging the reaction system for 4-6 h to obtain a semi product; and (7) washing, dewatering and drying the semi product to obtain the modified powdery chloroprene rubber. |
