The composition comprises the following active ingredients in percentage by mass: 0.2-50% of chitosan, 0.2-50% of amino acid, and 0.1-20% of trace element fertilizer, wherein the chitosan is chitosan or chitosan salts, the amino acid is one or more of glycine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, histidine, serine and amino acid salt, and the trace element fertilizer is one or more of molybdenum, boron, manganese, zinc, copper and ferrous, and is added in a soluble salt, and the mass percentage of auxiliary ingredients is 20-90%. The composition has obvious growth promotion, production increase, quality improvement, flower and fruit increasing, and stress resistance effects.
