The elastic component and the loading cylinder are coaxially arranged and in interference fit with each other. The loading cylinder is capable of moving along the outer edge of the elastic component in the axial direction. The drive rotating disc is connected to an output shaft of a motor. The driven rotating disc is connected to the torque rotating speed sensor. |
