The solid is treated as fuel, and the liquid is conveyed to a subsequent processing unit. In a decoloring unit 103, a decolorant is adopted to discolor the sulfuric acid. In an extraction unit 104, the content of organic matters and sulphur is decreased in an extraction manner. By means of the treatment method, sulfuric acid has the same clearness, transparency and concentration as a raw material is obtained. According to the technical scheme of the invention, processes are mainly physical processes at a normal temperature and a normal pressure; investment of a recovery system of waste sulfuric acid is less, and operation energy consumption is low; the recovery method is convenient and flexible to operate; and the system and the method of normal temperature recovery of waste sulfuric acid are high in environment compatibility and have excellent economic benefits and social benefits.
