Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for reducing harmful benzo (a) pyrene in hippophae rhamnoides oil. The method for reducing harmful benzo (a) pyrene in hippophae rhamnoides oil comprises the following steps: step one, detecting; step two, dehydrating, step three, drying with an adsorbent; step four, removing benzo (a) pyrene; and step five, removing impurities. The method has the benefits that the method is suitable for both hippophae rhamnoides fruit oil and hippophae rhamnoides seed oil, and the benzo (a) pyrene content in hippophae rhamnoides oil can be reduced to lower than 2mg/kg after processing, which is in accordance with relevant sanitary standards; and hippophae rhamnoides oil can be used as a safe raw material for related foods and health-care products.
