Remote positioning method based on FPGA

The invention discloses a remote positioning method based on an FPGA. According to the remote positioning method based on the FPGA, the GPS, data, short messages and other data are processed and control functions of modules of a vehicular-locating set are achieved by adopting an embedded microprocessor core of the FPGA to serve as a data processing and control core; an sim908 module is adopted and integrates GPS/GSM modules; a core of a soft-core processor is adopted and embedded into an FPGA construction; a soft core of a system is constructed in an SOPC builder of an NIOS II, and a hardware circuit diagram of the system is constructed in a quartus; a program is written in IDE software of the NIOS II. Positioning information received by the GPS modules is sent back through a serial port, then the positioning information is analyzed and sent to a user side through the GSM modules, and therefore the remote positioning method based on the FPGA is low in cost, wide in application range and flexible to apply.
