Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a preparation method of a mushroom cultivation material, and relates to a technology that mushroom root is applied to the mushroom cultivation. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method has the advantages that firstly, a mushroom root leaching agent is a pure natural nutrient solution, contains various kinds of rich bioactive substances, a mushroom root soaking material is mixed with a cultivation material for carrying out piling fermentation, beneficial microorganism reproduction is facilitated, a microbial flora in the material is improved, and catalytic decomposition of the cultivation material is accelerated; the fermented cultivation material has high-activity probiotics and active metabolic products, and has the accelerating effect on the growth of mushroom hypha, by adopting the fermented cultivation material, the hypha has high growth vigor and strong infectious microbe resisting ability; and thirdly, resources such as labor and coal are saved, the environment pollution is reduced and the method is in accordance with the low-carbon environment-protection concept.
