The invention provides a load model establishing method based on user tea making electricity utilization. The method includes the following steps that firstly, running conditions and running parameters of user tea making equipment of a tea making table region during tea making are investigated and collected, and the next step is executed if it is confirmed that data are correct; secondly, a user theoretical load model of a single piece of tea making equipment is established by combing the collected data in the first step with differences of tea making processes, and the user theoretical load models are classified according to the tea making processes; thirdly, the user theoretical load models are compared with an actual load curve, users are graded according to the influences on the user tea making yield, and the graded user theoretical load models are perfected; fourthly, a table region theoretical load model is established through investigation of the tea making processes and the yield conditions of tea farmers of the table region and in combination with the graded and classified user theoretical load models; fifthly, the table region theoretical load model is compared with the actual load curve for analysis, and the table region theoretical load model is corrected.
