Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an electrostatic discharge test device under an electromagnetic pulse radiation environment and relates to the field of electrostatic discharge test devices. The electrostatic discharge test device comprises an electromagnetic radiation generation device, an electromagnetic shielding device, a vacuum device and a discharge detection device. The electromagnetic radiation generation device comprises an electromagnetic radiation simulator, a discharge gun and a coupling plate. The discharge gun is connected with the electromagnetic radiation simulator, and the coupling plate is grounded. The vacuum device comprises a vacuum pump and a vacuum pipe. The discharge detection device comprises a discharge needle, a grounding flat plate, a power supply S1, an oscilloscope, a current-limiting resistor R1, a sampling resistor R0 and a capacitor C1. The grounding flat plate and the discharge needle are placed in the vacuum pipe. The oscilloscope is used for detecting electric signals between the grounding flat plate and the discharge needle. The discharge gun and the coupling plate are located on one side in the electromagnetic shielding device. The vacuum pipe is located on the other side in the electromagnetic shielding device and is away from the discharge gun and the coupling plate by a certain distance. The electrostatic discharge test device can be used for researching of static discharge characteristics under the electromagnetic pulse radiation environment, and has good application prospects.
