Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a primer and a probe for quantitatively detecting ECM1 gene expression and application thereof. The invention provides a kit which comprises a first DNA molecule; the first DNA molecule is composed of a first primer pair and a first probe; the first primer pair is composed of a single-chain DNA molecule shown in a sequence 1 in a sequence table and a single-chain DNA molecule shown in a sequence 2; and the first probe is a single-chain DNA molecule shown in a sequence 3 in the sequence table. The primer pair and the probe provided by the invention can be used for quantitatively detecting ECM1 gene expression level; therefore, the primer pair and the probe can be used for auxiliary identification of tumour cell lines or auxiliary diagnosis of tumour patients; and thus, the primer pair and the probe provided by the invention can play an important role in the field of medical detection.
