Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method and a device for cascaded channel coding applied in narrow band-power line communication. RS coding is performed according to the minimum length of a single symbol which conforms to specific mapping relation, so that burst pulse resistant capability of the RS coding method is good. Thus, problems in the prior art that the error-correcting coding capability of a second-level cascaded channel coding method used in a NB-PLC system cannot resist interference of relatively strong burst pulse on the channel of the NB-PLC system are solved.
