High-strength toughened nylon

The invention discloses a high-strength toughened nylon. The high-strength toughened nylon is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-65 parts of PA6, 20-50 parts of surface modified glass fibers, 5-20 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate resin, 0.5-5 parts of a coupling agent, 0.5-1 parts of an antioxidant, and 0.1-2 parts of a processing agent. According to the high-strength toughened nylon disclosed by the invention, the glass fiber is subjected to specific surface modification, so that the threaded structure can be arranged on the surface of the glass fiber; furthermore, the surface of the glass fiber is coated with the coupling agent, so that a toughening agent can be used for generating enough internal crosslinking with a nylon substrate; the modified glass fiber can promote crosslinking between the glass fiber and the toughening agent, so that the tenacity of the nylon can be greatly improved.
