Its main technical features include: a plant oil of mustard seed is obtained through such processes as removing impurities, breaking, drying, pressing oil and obtaining cake, and refining the oil; at the same time, the mustard seeds before drying are wetted and steamed, and a mustard oil is then separated out from the cooled vapour; and the mustard oil is diluted by sesame oil to obtain a mustard oil condiment.
