A target time quantum needing to be simulated and a solar altitude angle set are input into the preset model database, the preset model database carries out simulation according to the existing historical meteorological data, and a simulated multi-site and multi-parameter meteorological matrix is obtained. The future meteorological field can be reasonably assessed, a technological support is provided for the environmental risk analysis subject, and assessing of one reasonable extreme scene becomes possible.
