The method is used for obtaining an accurate vehicle dynamic transverse loading rate by utilization of vehicle state data by skillfully utilizing a three degree of freedom linear vehicle rollover model and timely sends out a pre-warning signal by judging the vehicle dynamic transverse loading rate, so that the problem that the reliability is low as the conventional load-carrying vehicle rollover pre-warning device pre-warns by virtue of a single signal is effectively solved; besides, effectively positioning the load-carrying vehicle in real time and conventionally monitoring the load-carrying vehicle, the device further provides real-time pre-warn to the safety state of the load-carrying vehicle, particularly the rollover state, thereby, effectively reducing traffic accidents of the vehicle caused by rollover.
